A is for A Pop of Colour: Bright bursts of colours are a big thing this season. Go for high voltage intense hues or try a little colour blocking for a new twist. B is for Boyfriend Blazers: Boyfriend blazers, big, comfortable, and the perfect finishing touch to any outfit. Dress up your jeans, or dress down your cocktail dress. C is for Crystals: Large or delicate, crystals in bright springtime colours work perfectly with all of the soft pretty styles that look so new this season. D is for Draping: This season we’ll see a lot of lighter materials and elegant draping. Just twist, drape and wrap~ you will be good to go! E is for Epaulettes: It’s that military influence back again. Just add a soft linen utility pant or a bit of khaki to get the look. A flak jacket works too! G is for Girlish, feminine, romantic: Look for flirt frocks, big bows, and delicate materials. Those pretty looks are back~ it’s so nice to be a girl! H is for Hobo Bags: The big slouchy bag is here for Spring! Look for these bags with a drawstring top in the season’s hottest hue – nude, or try something bright! I is for Intricate Embellishments: Embroidered, sequined, ribboned, studded, floraled, you get the picture. It’s everywhere! Pay attention to clothes with delicate beadwork and deconstruction. J is for Jeans and Denim: Denim is so fashionable right now! Jean skirts, dresses, shirts, jackets, pants, shorts, shoes, bags - they’re all fabulously “in” this season! K is for Knotting: With the draping trend, knotting fabric in skirts and dresses is the way to go! Burberry and DKNY have the look in soft colours with large fabric knots. Try it if you dare. L is for Lots of Leg: While not everyone loves a mini skirt, there are other ways to show off those gorgeous gams. Look for longer skirts featuring a high slit and of course, shorts, shorts and more shorts! N is for Neutral: An entire range of khakis, soft greens, tawny pinks, and ivory all look so fresh – especially when you wear them together. O is for Oversized: Designers are loving the oversized trend this season. Long cardigans, vests, and the slouchy silk trouser (also known as the “genie” pant) are so comfortable and chic. P is for Prints: This season is all about prints! No matter what print you love, S/S 2010 has it all. Animal, water colour, digital, tribal, nautical – the real trick is wearing a few together. Q is for Quilting: Quilting is big this season, look out for cute clutches in quilted styles a la Chanel. And don’t forget about the iconic chain strap! R is for Rose Gold: Everyone loves gold, and this is the perfect gold for all! Rose gold is the metal of the season, and best of all it suits people with Cool and Warm undertones. S is for Statement Shoes: If you love shoes (and who doesn’t?), you’re in luck! From ballet flats, to wedges, and even the return of the clog, Spring’s main feature was attention getting shoes. T is for Trench: Always a classic, the trench coat is everywhere this season. Look for all of the trench variations! There are trench dresses, jackets, and even shirts done in this eternally chic style. U is for Utility: Take a hint from the soldiers, the designers sure did! Military looks and shoes are in right now. Look for military style jackets, uniform shirts and utility pants made from light materials. W is for Winter White: Winter may be over, but white is here to stay! White dresses are the new LBD. (little black dress) X is for eXposure: There is obvious Lady Gaga influence this season! Bra tops, sheer material, and cut outs can be seen in casual and evening looks. Our favourite looks feature two mega trends, lace cut out dresses!
