Eye and Lip Base
This unique product from Colour Me Beautiful keeps the eye shadows, and lipstick, looking fresher and longer.
Translucent base primer that wears sheer.
The formulation encourages the shadows and lipsticks to adhere to the lids and lips without drying them out. It preps the eyes for a smoother eye shadow application. It will hold the true shade of the shadows with no creasing. It conditions and protects the lid area.

Use under lip pencil and lipstick to moisturise lips, control 'feathering' and hold lipstick in place.
Apply to eyes prior to using eye shadow. Holds shadow firmly in place and helps to prevent creasing.

How to use:
Lightly apply a dot on the eyelid with a deersfoot applicator – one at a time. Gently blend with ring finger, or small sponge, over entire lid area from lashes to brow. Smooth immediately and proceed to the other eye. You are then ready to apply your eye shadows and eye pencils. Your make-up will not move.
