Tips: For more youthful looking eyes do not apply below an imaginary line which runs from the outside corner of the eye to the outer edge of the brow. Older eyes may be slightly crepey or hooded. If this is the case then use only neutrals & matte shades where the eye can take a touch more colour apply to the outside corner, and underneath to give lift to the eye.
